Abstract
6 – 7 Eylül olayları, tarih boyunca inişli çıkışlı olan Türk – Yunan ilişkilerine olumsuz etki eden olaylardan birisidir. Kıbrıs konusunun gündemde olduğu bir dönemde gerçekleşmesi bu konu ile birlikte değerlendirilmesini gerektirmiştir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle 1955 yılında gerçekleşen 6 – 7 Eylül olaylarına yer verilmiştir. Sonrasında olaylardan beş yıl sonra oluşturulan mahkemelerde bir dava olarak yer alan 6 – 7 Eylül yargılamaları süreci ele alınacaktır. Geçen beş yıl içerisinde olayların suçlusu net olarak bulunamamıştır. 1960 yılında yapılan yargılamalarda 6 – 7 Eylül olaylarının sorumlusu olarak Demokrat Parti Hükümeti suçlanmıştır. Bu makalede 6 – 7 Eylül olaylarının mahkeme süreci, dönemin basınından olan Milliyet Gazetesi kullanılarak yansıtılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
The events of September 6 – 7 are one of the events that have a negative effect on the Turkish – Greek relations that have been with ups and downs throughout history. The realization of the Cyprus issue at a time when it was on the agenda required the associate with this issue. In this study, firstly the events of September 6 – 7 in 1955 were included. Then, in created courts five years after from the events, the process of 6-7 September judgements which take place as a case will be discussed. In the past five years, the criminal of the events has not been found absolutely. In the trials in 1960, the Democratic Party Government was incriminated as liable of 6-7 september events. In this article, the court process of the events of September 6 – 7 was tried to be reflected by using Milliyet Newspaper which is the press of the period.
