Abstract

The main purpose of the research is to determine the perceptions of healthcare employes regarding their quality processes within the scope of their visions working in the context of gender. In this framework, the questionnaire form prepared for the research was applied to 125 health personnel (98 women and 27 men) working in 4 health institutions in Izmir province between November 2019 - February 2020 with face to face survey method. It has been demonstrated that the vast majority of healthcare employes place a high degree of emphasis on finding their vision, improving their vision, focusing on processes within the framework of visions and managing change within the framework of visions. In this context, it has been determined that women healthcare workers are more important than developmental culture and technology, external relations, risk, awareness and communication in terms of positive impact on quality processes within the scope of employee vision. Different perceptions are indifferent to support leadership processes and creativity. On the other hand, in terms of positive impact, leadership processes, support for creativity, developmental culture and technology, external relations, and risk, awareness and communication factors were positively in a moderately linear relationship.
