Abstract
Bu derleme çalışmasında bir psikiyatrik bozukluk olarak geçen şizofreni hastalığında içgörü düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Son yıllarda arttığı görülen araştırma bulguları psikiyatrik bozukluklarda içgörü düzeyinin önemli bir yeri olduğunu, şizofreni hastalığında içgörü düzeyinin önemli bir olması sebebiyle birçok araştırmaya konu olduğun görüldüğü ve bu bağlamda yapılan çalışmalar şizofreni hastalığında içgörü düzeyinin düşük olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada araştırmaların sonuçları kapsamında bir derleme çalışması sunulmuş olup araştırmalarda konu edinilen şizofreni hastalığında içgörü düzeyini etkileyen birçok olası sonucun ortaya çıktığı gözlemlenmekle birlikte şizofreni hastalarında içgörü düzeyini belirleyen birçok faktörün ele alınması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. İçgörü düzeyinin alt boyutlarının araştırma konularında daha çok yer verilmesinin, içgörü ölçme yöntemlerinin genişletilmesinin çelişkili sonuçların ortaya çıkmasını engelleyecek önemli kriterler olduğu gösterilmiştir.

Abstract
This review study aimed to examine the levels of insight in schizophrenia, which is a psychiatric disorder. Research findings, which have increased in recent years, show that the level of insight has an important place in psychiatric disorders, that it has been the subject of many studies because the level of insight is important in schizophrenia, and studies conducted in this context show that the level of insight is low in schizophrenia. In this study, a compilation study has been presented within the scope of the results of the research, and it has been observed that there are many possible consequences that affect the level of insight in schizophrenia, which is the subject of the research, and it has been stated that many factors that determine the level of insight in schizophrenia patients need to be addressed. It has been shown that including more sub-dimensions of the insight level in research topics and expanding insight measurement methods are important criteria that will prevent the emergence of contradictory results.
