Abstract
1936 yılının Kasım ayında konferanslar ve konserler vermek üzere Türkiye’ye gelen Bela Bartok çok sınırlı bir süre içerisinde araştırma ve inceleme çalışmaları da yapmıştır. Bartok’un Adana, Mersin, Ankara, Osmaniye yörelerinde derlemeler yaptığı, en çok da Osmaniye yöresine ait derlemeler yaptığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu derlemelerin çoğunlukta olmasının nedeni olarak Türkmen Yörüklerinin bölgeye yerleşmiş olmalarına ve yazın Uzunyayla'ya göç eden bazı yörüklerin kışlak olarak Toprakkale'yi kullanmış olmalarına dayandığı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma Bela Bartok’un Osmaniye yöresine ait derlemelerinin tarama yöntemiyle saptanmasını ve belirlenen kriterlere göre incelenmesini amaçlayan nitel bir çalışmadır. Bu çalışma Bartok’un derlemeleri içerisinde sadece Osmaniye yöresinin derlemelerini kullanan ilk araştırma olup, bu alanda yapılacak çalışmalara katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. Literatür taraması sonucunda Bartok’un Türkiye’de derlemiş olduğu ezgi sayısının toplamda 87 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan tarama sonucunda bunların 39 tanesinin Osmaniye yöresine ait olduğu tespit edilmiş ve bu derlemelerin tamamına bulgular bölümünde yer verilmiştir. Derlemeler makamsal dizi, yapısal form, ses aralığı ve ölçü sayısı yönünden incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda Osmaniye yöresinde derlenen bu ezgilerin ne denli zengin bir kültürel miras olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bela Bartok’un Osmaniye yöresine ait derleme çalışmalarının yeni nesillere aktarılarak yaşatılması öneriler arasında yer almaktadır.

Abstract
Bela Bartok, who came to Turkey to give conferences and concerts in November 1936, also carried out compilation and analysis of Turkish melodies in a very limited time. It has been determined that Bartok made compilations in Adana, Mersin, Ankara, and Osmaniye regions, and mostly made compilations in Osmaniye region. The reason why the majority of the collections is from that region came from the fact that Turkmen nomads settled in the region and some of the nomads who migrated to Uzunyayla in summers and used Toprakkale as their winter quarters. This study is a qualitative study aiming to examine findings obtained from the compilations of Bela Bartok belonging to Osmaniye region by using scanning and document analysis. This study is the first to use only the collections of the Osmaniye region among the compilations of Bartok, and it is aimed to contribute to the field. As a result of the literature review, it was found out that the number of tunes compiled by Bartok in Turkey was 87. Based on the scanning, it was determined that 39 of them belong to the Osmaniye region and all of these compilations are included in the findings section. The content analysis method was used to examine the compilations in terms of modal scale, structural form, vocal range and number of measures. These works of Bartok in the Osmaniye region draw attention to the fact that these tunes are very rich culturel heritage and have an important place in the history of Turkish music. Suggestions, such as teaching these tunes to the next generations were made in the study.
