Abstract
Okulda iletişim sürecinin başlatanı okul yöneticisidir. Okul yöneticilerinin sahip olduğu iletişim becerisi okul işleyişi için çok önemlidir. Zaman zaman okullarda idarecilerden, öğretmenlerden, öğrencilerden ve okulun diğer paydaşlarından kaynaklı iletişim sorunları meydana gelmektedir. Bu araştırmada ortaokullarda görev yapan yöneticilerin iletişim sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunlar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel veriler, amaçlı örnekleme yolu izlenerek Gaziantep ili Şehitkamil İlçesi’nde görev yapan 22 ortaokul yöneticisiyle yapılan yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşmelerle 2022-2023 öğretim yılı ikinci döneminde toplanmıştır. Görüşmeler esnasında elde edilen veriler, betimsel analiz tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ortaokul yöneticilerinin okullarda yaşadıkları iletişim sorunlarının birbirine benzer olduğu tespiti yapılmıştır.

Abstract
The initiator of the communication process in the school is the school administrator. The communication skills of school administrators are very important for the functioning of the school. From time to time, communication problems occur in schools due to administrators, teachers, students and other stakeholders of the school. In this study, it was tried to determine the problems experienced by the administrators working in secondary schools in the communication process. Qualitative data in the research were collected in the second term of the 2022-2023 academic year by means of semi-structured interviews with 22 secondary school administrators working in the Şehitkamil District of Gaziantep province by following the purposive sampling method. The data obtained during the interviews were analyzed with the descriptive analysis technique. As a result of the research, it was determined that the communication problems of secondary school administrators in schools were similar to each other.
