Abstract
Kâdî el-Mürtazâ eş-Şehrezûrî, kadim bir mirasa sahip olan Musul’da doğmuştur. Ancak ailesi köken olarak Şehrezûrlu olduğundan eş-Şehrezûrî nisbesiyle meşhur olmuştur. Şehrezûr, islamî ilimlerin gelişmesinde müstesna bir yere sahip olup muhtelif ilim dallarında çok sayıda ilim adamlarının yetiştiği mümbit bir ilim havzasıdır. Tasavvuf şiirlerinin önemli temsilcilerden sayılan Kâdî el-Mürtazâ, Arap şiirinin önemli konuları arasında yer alan gazel, hamriyât ve tasvir/vasf gibi konulara dair şiirler de kaleme almıştır. Tasavvuf şiirlerinin çoğunda olduğu gibi onun şiirlerinde de teşbih, mecâz, kinâye, cinâs, mükâbele ve iktibâs gibi dil sanatları yoğun olarak işlenmiştir. Kâdî el-Mürtazâ’nın ’nın şöhretine vesile olan en önemli çalışmalarından biri kuşkusuz onun el-Kasîdetü’l-Mevsiliyye adlı kasidesidir. el-Kasîdetü’l-Lamiyye olarak da adlandırılan söz konusu kasideden, kaynaklarda övgüyle söz edilmiş ve çağlar boyunca tasavvuf konulu en güzel bir çalışma olduğuna dair görüşler öne sürülmüştür. Bu çalışma, öncelikle çağında önemli bir ilmî şahsiyet olup vefat edinceye kadar Musul bölgesinin kadılığını üstlenmiş olan Kâdî el-Mürtazâ eş-Şehrezûrî’nin hayatını ve ilmî kişiliğini ele alacaktır. Daha sonra genel anlamda şiirlerinde tema ve dil sanatları, el-Kasîdetü’l-Mevsiliyye adlı kasidesinin muhtevası ve edebî üslubu irdelenerek onun edebî kişiliği ortaya konulacaktır. Son olarak da şiirlerinde kullandığı bahirlerden söz edilecektir.

Abstract
Qadi al-Murtaza al-Shahrezuri was born in Mosul, which has an ancient heritage. However, since his family was originally from Shehrezûr, he became famous with his nisba al-Shahrezuri. Shahrezur, has an exceptional place in the development of Islamic sciences and is a fertile scientific basin where many scholars in various branches of science are trained. Considered one of the important representatives of Sufi poems, al-Shahrezuri also wrote poems on subjects such as ghazal, hamriyât and description, which are among the important topics of Arabic poetry. As in most of the Sufi poems, linguistic arts such as analogy, majaz (metaphor), allusion, pun, muqabale and quoting are intensively studied in his poems. Undoubtedly, one of the most important works of al-Qadi al-Murtazâ, which was conduce in his fame, is his ode called al-Qasîdatu'l-Mawsiliyye. The ode in question, also called al-Qasidatu'l-Lamiyya, has been praised in the sources and opinions have been put forward that it is the most beautiful work on Sufism throughout the ages. This study will primarily deal with the life and scientific personality of al-Qadi al-Murtaza al-Shahrezuri, who was an important scholar in his age and was the judge of the Mosul region until his death. Then, in general, the theme and language arts in his poems, the content and literary style of his ode el- Qasîdatu'l-Mawsiliyye will be examined and his literary personality will be revealed. Finally, the bahirs (the poem meter) he used in his poems will be mentioned.
