Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütlerin beklenmedik durumlar karşısında nasıl dayanıklılık kapasitesi oluşturabileceğini ölçen Dayanıklılık Kapasitesi Ölçeğini, değişen ani durumlar karşısında hayatta kalabilme ve esneklik gösterebilme kabiliyetini ölçmeye yönelik bir ölçek olarak, Türkçe ’ye uyarlamak, geçerlik ve güvenilirliğini incelemektir. Çalışma, devam eden bir tez çalışması kapsamında C grubu imalat firmalarından oluşan kişilerin yanıtladığı toplam 399 adet orta ve üst düzey yöneticinin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İstatistiksel analizler için SPSS 22.0 ve LISREL 8.7 paket programları ile yapılan açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizlerine göre toplam 22 maddeden ve 2 alt boyuttan oluşan iyi uyum değerlerine sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Açıklayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri sonucunda ölçeğin yüksek derecede güvenilir olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir.

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to adapt Capacity for Resilience Scale in Turkish and to evaluate and analyze reliability and validity of the scale in Turkish. The sample of the study is carried out with the participation of 399 mid-level & senior managers from manufacturing companies with are in the C group. The study is carried out within the scope of an ongoing thesis study. Both confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis are evaluated by using SPSS 22.0 and LİSREL 8.7 program packages. The scale is composed of 22 items with 2 dimensions. Results after confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis indicate that Turkish Capacity for Resilience Scale is highly valid and reliable measurement tool.
